Melodie: d d e fis fis e d cis A fis d H h fis e d d e fis fis e d cis A cis d e e fis e d It was a time, when dawn was coming when a dragon soared the sky Asking peasants and their masters why his mother had to die. So he flew through clouded skywinds but noone dared to speak Dared to anger the blackest dragon in whom rage was biting deep. After days of fruitless asking he then came upon a king a great ruler over humans who could hear the magic sing. And the ruler spoke so kindly and he asked the dragon why Are you trembling in your rage there are worse things then to die. There are worse things then to die. Gesprochen: And now I'll show you why.
